Founding Members Fair Usage Policy

This policy governs the use of discount codes issued to members of the Nutistry Founding 100 programme. All Founding Members receive two personal discount codes: a founding 15% code valid for 6 months from the official business launch date, and a lifetime 10% code with no expiry. Both codes are subject to the terms below.

By using a Founding Member discount code, you agree to this policy in full.

What it gives you

• 15% discount on every Nutistry order placed through nutistry.co.uk
• Valid for 6 months from the date Nutistry officially launches the shop — announced by email and on our channels
• Applies to all products: individual pouches, gift boxes, and any future product lines

Fair usage cap

The 15% discount is capped at a maximum saving of £100 per order. On orders where 15% would exceed £100, the discount is applied at a flat £100 off and the remaining balance is charged at full price.

Example: An order totalling £800 would receive £100 off (not £120), making the payable amount £700.

Expiry

Your 15% code expires automatically 6 months after the official launch date. Unused allowance does not roll over. When your 15% code expires, we will email you your personal lifetime 10% code within 7 days.

What it gives you

• 10% discount on every Nutistry order placed through nutistry.co.uk
• No expiry — valid for as long as Nutistry operates and your membership is in good standing
• Applies to all products: individual pouches, gift boxes, and any future product lines

Fair usage cap

The 10% discount is capped at a maximum saving of £50 per order. On orders where 10% would exceed £50, the discount is applied at a flat £50 off and the remaining balance is charged at full price.

Example: An order totalling £600 would receive £50 off (not £60), making the payable amount £550.

Permanence

We intend the 10% lifetime code to be exactly that: permanent. We will honour it for as long as Nutistry operates, subject only to the restrictions set out in sections 4 and 5 below.

Both codes are strictly personal. They are issued to you as a named individual and are linked to the email address used when joining the Founding 100.

The following are not permitted:

• Sharing your code with any third party, including family members not residing at your address
• Publishing your code on any website, forum, social media platform, coupon aggregator, or discount community
• Selling, transferring, or licensing your code to any other person
• Using your code on orders placed on behalf of a third party for commercial resale
• Using your code to purchase goods primarily for resale or commercial distribution

Nutistry reserves the right to revoke either or both of your discount codes — without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of code sharing, including patterns suggesting the code is being used by multiple individuals
• Unusually high order volumes inconsistent with personal consumption
• Discovery of the code on any public coupon or discount platform
• Orders placed with intent to resell Nutistry products commercially
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Founding 100 programme
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without a legitimate basis

Where Nutistry suspects misuse, we may contact you to request clarification before taking action. In cases of clear and deliberate misuse, revocation will be immediate.

Revocation of a discount code does not affect any separate rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

Nutistry is a small, independent business. The Founding Member discount programme is a genuine expression of gratitude — not a commercial offer designed to be exploited. We trust our Founding Members to use their codes in that spirit.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the maximum saving caps (with 30 days' written notice to affected members)
• Exclude specific product categories or limited-edition releases from discount code eligibility (with notice)
• Suspend a code temporarily while investigating suspected misuse
• Take legal action to recover losses where fraud or bad faith misuse is proven

Any material change that reduces the value of your lifetime code will be communicated directly to you by email at least 30 days before taking effect, giving you the opportunity to make purchases under the existing terms if you wish.

If you wish to place a large order for personal gifting purposes that exceeds the per-order cap, please contact us directly at hello@nutistry.co.uk before ordering. We will consider reasonable requests for gifting on a case-by-case basis and work with you where possible.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
